Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: Email oohgimme@mail.grokbot.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

Changed your mind: You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll give you the return address. Return shipping is paid by you. Once the return arrives, we refund the item price to your original payment method. The original shipping fee isn't refundable.

Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post them.

Cancellations: Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that your order may already be with our fulfillment partner. If so, you can still use the return process above.
