Shipping policy
Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery to the US: Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after processing. Occasionally, especially around holidays or during customs delays, an order can take up to 20 business days. This is not next-day shipping, and we'd rather tell you now than surprise you later.
Rates:
- Orders of $35 or more: free standard shipping.
- Orders under $35: flat $4.95 standard shipping.
Multiple packages: Items in one order may ship separately from different fulfillment partners and arrive on different days. You won't pay extra for that.
Tracking: You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 3–5 days to show movement.
Duties and taxes: Any sales tax is shown at checkout. In rare cases a carrier may ask for an import fee at delivery. If that happens, email us at oohgimme@mail.grokbot.com and we'll help sort it out.
Where we ship: United States only, for now.
Lost or late orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of purchase, email us at oohgimme@mail.grokbot.com and we'll reship it or refund you in full.
